Shipping within 7–10 working days (thank you for your patience!)

• Hong Kong local shipping: Free SF Express (to SF stations/lockers) for orders of 2 or more items

(Shipping fee applies for single-item orders; we will inform you)

• Worldwide shipping: Available via Hong Kong Post Air Mail or DHL Express. Fees depend on destination, weight, and method (starting from approx. HK$100–300; we'll quote upon order). Estimated delivery: 10–21 working days (standard) or 3–7 working days (express). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional fees at destination. Note: For US shipments, recent tariffs (e.g., 10% on low-value items from HK) may apply—check with your local customs.

• Exchange within 5 days is accepted only for genuine quality issues (no human damage) or sizing issues.
